1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, accessing, or playing "Gem Match: Jewel Road" (the "Game") provided by hsmsoftgame ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not play the Game.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. • Use offensive, abusive, or defamatory language in your usernames or interactions within the Game.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. hsmsoftgame does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, hsmsoftgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other similar damages arising out of or relating in any way to these Terms or the Game.
